Teravexin is a food supplement. Information on this Website is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on this Website constitutes medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing or stopping any supplement or health-related routine, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, ingredients and pricing accurately; however, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel or refuse orders placed at incorrect prices.

4. Ordering and Contract Formation

Submission of the order form on this Website constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send you a written order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability or pricing errors. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund of any amount charged.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include Finnish VAT (24% for food supplements as applicable). Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is due at the time of placing the order. We accept the payment methods indicated at checkout.

6. Delivery

We deliver within Finland. Delivery timeframes are estimates and do not constitute binding deadlines. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. If a parcel is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

7. Consumer Rights

As a consumer in Finland you benefit from mandatory protections under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (38/1978) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. You have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason, provided the product is unused and in its original sealed packaging. Legal guarantee rights apply: if a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, you may be entitled to repair, replacement or a refund under applicable Finnish law.
