Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

Under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (38/1978) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of the date on which you (or a third party you designate) physically receive the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period has expired.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

• The product is unused and the original factory seal (if any) is intact.
• The product is returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
• The return request is submitted within 14 calendar days of receipt.

We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used or whose seal has been broken, for hygiene and consumer safety reasons, in accordance with Art. 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us by email at call-us-info@quivranxvul.world or by phone at +358 10 538 7100, stating your order number, the product you wish to return and your reason for returning (optional).
2. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request within 2 business days and provide return instructions including the return address.
3. Securely package the product and return it to the address we provide. Please use a trackable postal service.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If you are withdrawing within the 14-day cooling-off period for reasons other than a defect or error on our part, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

If the return is due to a product defect, an error in your order or damage that occurred during delivery, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as your original purchase, unless you expressly agree to a different method. We will refund the full product price and the standard delivery costs you originally paid (if applicable). We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence that you have dispatched them.

6. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or does not match what was described, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at call-us-info@quivranxvul.world with your order number and a description of the issue. You may attach photographs to support your claim. We will offer a replacement, repair or full refund at no additional cost to you, in accordance with your statutory rights under Finnish consumer law.
